Job Description


Key Responsibilities

Preparing sales order documents
To be responsible for handling all matters related to the processing of repeat orders, including the preparation of delivery documents
Interface with customers on the order confirmation, delivery schedule, and logistics arrangements
Ensuring sales orders are being processed according to customer requirements & coordinate with logistics to make sure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
Filing and records retention in a systematic manner
To prepare customer quotations and tender submissions, etc
Handling calls, emails, and messages as well as answering customer queries and complaints
To check all incoming goods are in good condition and in correct quantity based on the document stated
Responsible to take care of any goods received or delivered in the warehouse without any damage or losses
Perform stock-take and cycle count whenever required

Key Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least 2 years (s) of working experience
Required skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, UBS
Able to start immediately will be added advantage
Self-motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin
Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.
