Key Responsibilities * Preparing sales order documents. * To be responsible for handling all matters related to the processing of repeat orders, including the preparation of delivery documents * Interface with customers on order confirmation Key Responsibilities Preparing sales order documents. To be responsible for handling all matters related to the processing of repeat orders, including the preparation of delivery documents Interface with customers on order confirmation, delivery schedule, and logistics arrangements. Ensuring sales orders are being processed according to customer requirements & coordinate with logistics to make sure all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Filing and records retention in a systematic manner. To prepare customer quotations and tender submissions, etc. Handling calls, emails, and messages as well as answering customer queries and complaints. To check all incoming goods are in good condition and in the correct quantity based on the document stated Responsible to take care of any goods received or delivered in the warehouse without any damageor losses Perform stock-take and cycle count whenever required. Key Requirements: Candidate must possess at least 2 years (s) of working experience. Required Skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, UBS. Able to start immediately will be added advantage. Self-motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin. Must have the ability to work under limited supervision.
