Job Description


Work closely with BLC Asia commercial leaders and sales managers, internal department stakeholders, as well as customers, and be responsible to provide effective and efficient sales operation support to BLC Asia annual BP achievement, incl. but not limited to contract management and order delivery; customer service, compliant management and satisfaction improvement; as well as database maintenance and reporting. work closely with BLC Asia commercial leaders and sales managers, internal department stakeholders, as well as customers, and be responsible to provide effective and efficient sales operation support to BLC Asia annual BP achievement, incl. but not limited to contract management and order delivery; customer service, compliant management and satisfaction improvement; as well as database maintenance and reporting.

Main activities/tasks

  • Build and coach a capable and motivated team with customer centric mindset.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and finance team and be responsible for contract management incl. generating orders, shipping and delivery, payment, legal/fiscal risk exposure control and reports, contract creation, contract scheduling, contract due management.
  • Supporting the Sales Manager on daily basis on SAP quotation preparation and tender/bidding preparation, new customers onboarding and account creations.
  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction improvement by designing, leading and implementing professional customer complaint management process, and providing timely and insightful customer feedback to respective department thus to improve our product and application competitiveness.
  • Support in new sales system, product, project launch, customer activities, trial proposal process, sample arrangements, documents requested by customers.
  • Monitoring and optimizing sales operation processes, policies and KPIs to improve the sales operation efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be responsible as the first contact windows for before/after sales activities for customers and liaise with internal stakeholders from logistic, supply and demand planning to communicate in time with customer.
  • Be responsible for tracking and preparing sales performance report, customer database and KPI achievement progress.
Desired Qualities/Skills and Knowledge
  • Experience to coach and develop a performance based culture team with customer centric mindset and customer service capabilities.
  • Bachelor degree (International trade/business/financial related major) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in similar position.
  • Basic knowledge in B2B / international trades.
  • Given the number of stakeholders you will interact with, you must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build excellent relationships across the business
  • Very good in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Able to work with Malay, English, and Mandarin would be a plus. Good at English writing and email communication, can speak fluently, proficient in application of Office software and data analysis. Bahasa and Mandarin would be a plus
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual would be an excellent fit as this function is in its first year of existence and requires further development.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Saleforce.com (CRM) system will be an added advantage
