Job Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, any field.
• Min 1 year working experiences in Retail Marketing & Operation environment.
• Preferably Executive specialized in Food/Beverage or equivalent.
• Initiative, self-motivated & ability to work independently.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and wiling to learn.
• Team player with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst colleagues.
• Excellent computer proficiency of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point applications to produce reports/presentations.
• Possess a positive attitude, initiative, integrity, responsible and takes ownership of issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written format both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport (Car) with valid driving license and willing to travel outstations extensively.

Job Responsibilities: -

• To assist the Auditor managing the overall functions of all outlets which include Sales Activities, Sales Reporting, Inventory monitoring, Cleanliness and Customer Serivces
• To join planning, implement, monitor & review Marketing & Operation Plans, processes, SOPs and KPIs to ensure all outlets have adequate operational cost controls, administrative, reporting procedures and ultimately to achieve company sales target.
• Visit the respective outlets to perform compliance check and implementation of procedures for daily/weekly/monthly outlets operation.
• Liaise directly with outlets to ensure retail\xe2\x80\x99s sales & operation are excellence in accordance to company policy and procedure.
• Conduct periodic customers site visit or phone calls to compile the feedback, suggestions and solutions with ultimate objectives to achieve customers satisfaction and loyalty.
• To coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders for outlet\xe2\x80\x99s sales/marketing and operation matters.
• To monitor and work with internal stakeholders to ensure various business licenses/permits at outlets require by local authorities are renew timely.
• To provide operational support to outlets in order to ensure smooth running of day-to-day business. Ie : Repair & Maintenance / upkeep.
• To back up outlets as and when needed for short term.
• Be able to motivate and steer outlets colleagues to provide friendly, fast and accurate service to the customers.
• To perform any other job assignments / duties as may be required by the management from time to time.
