Job Responsibility Assist the Business Development team in coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings with property owners. Act as a liaison between the Business Development team and other departments within Livein, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, presentations, and reports as required. Handle administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining sales records, and updating owners\' databases. Support the Business Development team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential buildings within the Klang Valley that align with Livein\'s property management objectives. Job Requirements Proven experience (2 years or more) in business development, preferably in the property management, real estate, or related industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact within the team and liaise with clients and other departments. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail in handling administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and RM software. Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Prior experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles is advantageous. A diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
