Do you possess a strong drive to succeed and a passion for the automotive parts industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!

  • Minimum of SPM certificate or a Diploma in Business or Marketing
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive parts industry
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Must possess own vehicle
  • Must be willing to travel frequently to other states (at least once a month for two weeks)
  • Independent, with strong persuasive interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate
  • Target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Aggressive and a fast learner
  • Possesses a good attitude and responsible character
  • Business-minded with entrepreneurial skills

  • To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory or market segment by effectively selling the company\'s products and related services
  • To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business and maintain sales achievement for the company
  • To submit daily and monthly sales reports to superior regarding sales activities, customer complaints, market feedback and other related matters
  • To plan sales activities and strategies to meet the annual sales target
  • To plan and organise daily work schedule to approach potential customers
  • To provide continuous communication to the customers about new items, order status and other logistic issues
  • To follow up with customers on overdue term collection to reduce bad debts from customers
  • To handle goods returned from customers and provide after sales support as necessary
  • To provide suggestions and recommendations on the improvements of product, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development
  • To be involved in marketing activities, sales promotions or campaigns and assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • To be involved in the new product development process
