- Minimum 1 year of sales/business development experience.
- Own transportation/computer is a MUST.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Puchong.
- Market development: Looking for potential customers proactively, exploring new markets, and establishing and maintaining good business relationships through market research and customer analysis.
- Sales promotion: Responsible for promoting the company's products and services, providing potential customers with comprehensive and accurate product introductions and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Customer development: Develop and implement sales plans, actively develop new customers, communicate with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom meetings, etc., and conduct sales negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Sales follow-up: Maintain close contact with existing customers, understand customer needs and feedback in a timely manner, provide satisfactory after-sales service, establish long-term and stable customer relationships, and promote customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Sales reporting: Regularly report sales status, analyze sales data, provide market feedback and suggestions, and assist in formulating sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals and improve performance.
