Commercial sales representatives represent a company in selling and providing information on goods and services to businesses and organizations. 1. To promote Company\xe2\x80\x99s products to potential planters, weeding contractors, growers etc. through organized forums or meetings. . 2. To plan and conduct field trials or demonstrations in private estates, agency estates and small holders and government land schemes. 3. To provide timely and accurate market intelligence of competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities, users\xe2\x80\x99 perceptions and market developments. 4. To build and maintain strong relationship with dealers especially estate suppliers and users. 5. To liaise with the decision makers at headquarter level and Regional Technical & Administrative staff of estates and government agencies on field promotional activities. 6. To work closely with the sales personnel in delivering marketing plans and sales promotion programs. 7. To provide technical support to users as needed to ensure product and customer service satisfaction with the company. 8. To develop and expand market for sales of company\xe2\x80\x99s product to end-users. 9. To provide service after sales support services including estates visitation, phone call, face to face consultation and etc. 10.
