- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Conducts after sales services support that include attend to agents and customersxe2x80x99 enquiries, forms management, schemes setup and managing partnerxe2x80x99s invoices, commission and operational related matters.
- Maintains quality customer services support while addressing claims and nomination request from customers.
- Provides general administrative support functions such as handling correspondence, maintaining files and assisting with office management tasks.
