Job Description

A sales support engineer provides highly relevant technical support to a large group of customers. Their job is to determine, monitor, and provide solutions to the challenges clients face. Sales support engineers often deal with tech-related companies and products.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the business development with the existing & potential customers
2. Visit project sites after-sales services.
3. To attend technical inquiries/requests/training/troubleshooting required by end users & provide solutions to them.

Job Requirements :
1. At least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (any field).
2. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
3. Good interpersonal / communication skills, able to prepare written report
4. Self-motivated, able to work independently & demonstrate high customer care standards.
5. Good analytical skills, team spirit, problem-solving skills, and presentation skills.
6. Able to travel.
7. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply for this position.

equipment apart from providing after sales services, maintenance, repair, and

United States, Japan and Korea. From time to time, application engineers from
this company are invited to conduct seminars and workshops with the intention
to advance the knowledge and capabilities of researchers using the above
systems. This approach will positively help to produce new research findings
and products of quality.
