Diamond Key International Group is hiring! The #DKI team is looking for a Sales Support Engineer to join our team in #Kuala Lumpur, #Malaysia. The Role: Position: The Sales Support Engineer will work closely with Sales, Product Managers, Technical teams, Suppliers to collate the required commercial and technical information, analyze the information collected and prepare cost estimates for DKI based project solutions and to support in the winning proposals Essential Responsibilities: As a Sales Support Engineer, you role willl encompass: Review and analyze customer requirements and specifications Work with Sales Teams to generate the best competitive technical solution which meet customer requirements Generate technical and commercial proposals in an efficient and timely manner with a fit for purpose solution composed from DKI and any other third-party products and services Generate costing sheets to report sell price, profit and costs to business leadership Collaborate with the Sales team to determine appropriate pricing & strategy required to win Attend customer meetings, as required, in support of the sales team to provide technical and commercial support. Promote innovation and drive continuous improvement and efficiency Translate concepts, develop strategy, and implement change Demonstrate customer focus and passion to win in a challenging environment Desired Characters: Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask while coordinating multiple priorities Positive \'can-do\' attitude and technically creative thought Ability to work, and be effective, as part of a cross-functional team Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills working knowledge of MS Office based products - especially Microsoft Excel, Word Authority: Diamond Key International has delegated authorities applicable to the level of the position relating to the approval of quotations.
