Kelayakan
  • Malaysia SPM, A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales tracking software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new tools and sales techniques.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-service orientation.
Tanggungjawab
  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Contact clients to follow up on quotations provided, ensuring a timely response and addressing any client concerns.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, or contract conditions with clients as needed to close deals.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and generate regular sales reports.
  • Follow up on sales progress to ensure targets are met and address any delays or issues promptly.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
  • Track sales orders from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Assist in managing promotional events or marketing campaigns related to sales.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the supply chain team.
