Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows within Salesforce.
• Configure and maintain the data structure, security model, and profiles to ensure data quality and system performance.
• Train end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices, and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
• Manage the release of new features, bug fixes, and enhancements, and perform regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of the Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and make recommendations for improvements to the platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce customization and configuration, including custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce data migration and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
