The Role
SAP BW Administrator will play a key role in working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction; working closely with business users, BAs, PMs and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design and development of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization s architectural standards; and application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 5 years of experience

Good experience in BW system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activities

Have experience in implementing user level and data level securities within SAP BW, BO and BPC (role design and creation)

Can support/perform SAP Basis Administration activities such as ID creation and transporting objects to different systems

Expert in investigating and resolving issues related to system performance

Demonstrate knowledge in BW objects such as data sources, DSOs, infocubes, BEx query

Can document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services in BW

Experience with SAC, data warehouse cloud, BW4hana upgrade skills preferred
