A key deliverable of the role is to align integrated Supply Chain Warehouse /Yard Operations and requirements to Materials demands for space and resources to meet Project deliverables. To drive effective material management controls to Project materials, review of knowledge management of the workforce to ensure that they are competent to deliver their roles, safely and effectively. The role also requires some provision of basic training to staff on matters such as HSSE, integrated warehousing practices or any relevant learning programmes, from time to time.

Additionally, this role deputizes the Warehouse FTE in successfully delivering all warehousing operations, safely and efficiently, honoring Users\xe2\x80\x99 material requirements and deadlines, and would also lead certain operational activities as necessary.

What\'s the role?

HSSE
1. Be the core family member to drive the safety family in Labuan Supply Base and drive towards Injury Free Frontline.
2. Cascade learning from incidents, by leading daily warehouse and yard toolbox meetings including the weekly mass toolbox, where reflective discussions are held and good safety practices are embedded in warehouse operations as part of the wider competency building for warehouse staff.
3. Ensure safe and clean work place and ensure daily housekeeping is conducted at the work place.
4. Embed and drive HSSE behaviours and intervention culture amongst all warehouse personnel to ensure everyone goes home safely.

5. To be a key focal in powering progress and circular economy agenda for LSB project materials.

OPERATIONS
1. Be the control operator of designated financial controls and lead the control checks conducted twice a year and ensure the controls are \xe2\x80\x98Green\xe2\x80\x99 and working effectively.
2. To ensure Project to Asset (PtA) materials are processed in a timely fashion in line with SMEP inventory policy, linking with asset inventory requirements, such as Write-On, Return to Stock and or disposals required. To manage project Surplus effectively that material stored has traceability.
3. To connect assess and implement stakeholder requirements, forecast resource requirements (space, manpower, equipment, preservation, storage and handling) and implement best practices from SMEs, other OUs, guidelines set by regulators.
4. Performance management of resources, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are tracked and met across the integrated Supply Chain, specifically for project materials in warehouse and yard operations. Ensure KPIs are delivered, through a cadence of tracking, monitoring, intervention and escalating where needed.
5. Managing the administration of operational resource requirements with regards to contractor manpower, over-time, annual leave, sick leave. Regular review of contractor positions in an integrated warehouse and year operation, including leading performance evaluations in order to implement consequence management, rotation and/or succession planning of the roles within the contractor workforce.

What do we need from you?

• Deep and proven experience in supply chain management especially in material or supply base management.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in business language, with good business partnering skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to support the presentation of project status, risks, issues, and decisions that need to be made to the Company\'s decision-makers, and other internal and external stakeholders.
