• This role plans and manage production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources like labor, materials, and equipment.
• This role collaborates with teams, supervise planning staff, and ensure processes align with safety standards and company policies.

• Plan and Schedule Production: Create and manage production schedules based on customer demand, inventory, and resource availability.
• Monitor and Adjust Schedules: Track production progress and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
• Optimize Resources: Analyze capacity and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to meet delivery goals.
• Improve Processes: Identify ways to streamline production workflows and reduce downtime.
• Inventory Management: Maintain the right inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Leadership: Supervise and support planning team members.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Follow safety standards and company policies in all planning activities.

MNC Company Supportive working culture

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management, ideally in manufacturing (printing experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of production processes, scheduling techniques, and capacity planning.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
• Leadership and communication skills for teamwork and collaboration.
• Flexibility to adjust schedules based on changing requirements or challenges.
