Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating, adapting, or modifying scripts for the company, capable of handling different story genres.
Possess professional scriptwriting qualities, able to write character biographies, story outlines, episode summaries, and scripts independently based on schedule and quality requirements.
Early-stage development and planning of original scripts, including cultural exploration, core content refinement, IP story selection, adaptation, conceptual theme ideation, and word formulation.
Follow project timelines and actively collaborate on script modifications, supporting related documentation.

Job Requirements:

Strong writing skills, creativity, and originality in thoughts.
Writing experience, with preference given to those who have published novels.
Understanding of current trends and various categories of reader demographics.
Exceptional creative thinking and expressive abilities, strong logical reasoning, and ability to handle pressure.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to effectively work with other departments.
Bachelor\'s degree or higher, preferably in media, journalism, digital media, directing, fine arts, Chinese language, or literature.
