Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years' experience in freight forwarding operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of sea freight processes and operational KPIs.
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high performing teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills.
Organized, detail oriented and hands-on in managing daily operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tanggungjawab
Lead and oversee the Sea Freight Department (Export, Import, Declaration and Outside Operations).
Provide leadership, coaching and direction to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
Ensure all operational KPIs are achieved and maintain high service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings and submit monthly management reports.
Develop and improve SOPs to enhance workflow, efficiency and cost control.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors, government and port authorities.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance and Management.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective or preventive actions when needed.
Monitor and manage department costs, proposing cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, guidelines and statutory requirements.
