To assist in incorporating new company for clients
To prepare resolution, minutes, and statutory document for client\xe2\x80\x99s companies
To arrange submission of document to SSM
Other task assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Management, Corporate Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
