Job Description


Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including managing meeting schedules, preparing reports, screening calls, arranging travel, and handling various administrative tasks. Coordinate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to address internal and external operational matters, ensuring seamless business operations. Assist with office administration functions, such as sourcing, purchasing, organizing deliveries, invoicing, issuing letters, and managing email correspondence. Support the organization of special company events and activities. Perform additional duties as required on an ad-hoc basis. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any field. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently; training will be provided upon joining. Female candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are highly encouraged to apply. Preferably with own transportation. Office Location: Sri Petaling Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:30pm
