We are currently seeking Security Operations Executive to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.About The Job

• Ensure compliance with company safety & security policies.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for vendors, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
• Assist the Security System Executive to maintain and repair (CCTV, Door Access, IP Networking) in internal & external environment with T.EN Global Security Standard.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with technical equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Able to operate and familiarize yourself with the latest security systems standards globally.
• In charge of Menara Technip Energies security operations
• To ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Responsible for implementation of security policy and procedures laid down by the Company

Main Challenges

• Troubleshooting hardware/software in the security access card system.
• Liaising with Admin & Facilities Department and Building management regarding the security standards.

Main Accountabilities

• Manage and supervise daily security operations at Menara Technip or within the organization.
• Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed to maintain the safety and security of staff and company property.
• Monitor and assess security threats and risks and implement measures to mitigate them effectively.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless security operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to security staff on security procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Act as a point of contact for Menara Technip Energies security incidents, emergencies, and investigations, and implement appropriate response procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on security regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance security measures.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on security-related matters for management and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with government agencies, law enforcement, and other organizations on security-related initiatives and programs.

About You

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum Diploma or higher.
• Certification in Security may be required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years\' experience.
• Strong knowledge of security regulations, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle security incidents effectively, and make quick decisions.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to security management.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
