for Security Guard Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all security personnel on site.
- Plan, assign, and review guard duties and patrol schedules.
- Ensure all guards adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and post instructions.
- Conduct regular inspections of security posts and checkpoints.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly.
- Prepare daily and monthly security reports, incident logs, and attendance records.
- Conduct training, briefings, and performance evaluations for security personnel.
- Liaise with clients, management, and authorities when required.
- Ensure all security equipment such as CCTV, alarm systems, and access control are functioning properly.
- Enforce discipline and professional conduct among all security staff.
- Support recruitment and deployment of guards when needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by management related to security operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the security field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security systems, patrol procedures, and emergency response.
- Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to write clear reports in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possession of valid security license (if applicable) preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Shift-based work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Outdoor and indoor assignments depending on client site.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
