Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible

Security Supervisor

to oversee and manage security operations. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for leading security guards, ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, and clients, as well as maintaining discipline and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily security operations at assigned sites. Lead, guide, and motivate the security team to ensure proper discipline and performance. Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to maintain high security standards. Prepare duty rosters, assign tasks, and ensure sufficient manpower coverage. Handle incidents, emergencies, and report writing in a timely manner. Liaise with clients, management, and relevant authorities when required. Ensure all security guards comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new security personnel. Enforce safety regulations and company rules at the workplace.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. At least

2-3 years of working experience

in the security industry, preferably in a supervisory role. Ex-police, ex-army, or individuals with security certifications are encouraged to apply. Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills. Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Physically fit and able to respond to emergency situations.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
