Your day to day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:?

Assist in controlling, coordinating and participating in the activities of all colleagues engaged in securing all resort properties, guests, hosts and to follow the instructions of the Security Manager. Conduct security patrol within and around the hotel. Coordinate activities of all uniformed outsourced guards engaged in implementing the hotel's management, safety and security procedures. Represent Security Manager while on shift handling emergency cases at the hotel in accordance with resort policy. Coordinate closely with engineering, reception, food and beverage, housekeeping colleagues to ensure guest safety and security. Check and ensure performance of uniformed outsourced security guards. Recommend to Security Manager areas of improvements in safety and security activities. Review all security reports submitted at the end of shift to see if they are accurate and complete. Inform the Security Manager of any incidents that have occurred in the hotel.
What we need from you

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years' experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Technical skills include MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiar with various security systems. Must have updated certifications on First Aid, CPR and Defibrillator certification. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
