Working Hours:

12-hour shift (7am-7pm)

1) Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of security guards at the assigned site Ensure daily operations run smoothly and guards follow SOPs Conduct briefing/rollcall (day & night) site inspection, attendance checking & report writing Handle incident reports, visitor management & coordination with client Monitor punctuality, grooming, and discipline of guards Liaise with management on manpower issues or operational updates

2) Requirements:

At least

1-2 years of experience

in security or supervisory role

No criminal record and etc. with PDRM & SPRM

(Must pass Security Clearance KDN Vetting) Good leadership & communication skills Able to work under pressure and flexible with shift schedule Physically fit and committed to duty
