Job Description

1. Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing security guards at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, maintaining high discipline, and ensuring safety and security for clients and assets.

2. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security guards. Ensure proper deployment of manpower and maintain attendance records. Conduct routine inspections of posts to ensure guards follow procedures. Handle incidents, emergencies, and report writing. Train and guide guards on security protocols and customer service. Liaise with clients to address operational needs and concerns. Ensure guards maintain discipline, proper uniform, and grooming standards. Take part in investigations, incident management, and conflict resolution. Support operations with shift planning and manpower replacement.

3. Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum). Security-related training or certification.

4. Experience Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of security experience. At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience (preferred).

5. Skills & Competencies

Strong supervisory and team coordination skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Knowledge of security patrol techniques, access control, and reporting. Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email reporting).

6. Additional Job Requirements

Physically fit and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
