Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage security guards at assigned sites Ensure security operations comply with company policies and client requirements Conduct daily site inspections, roll calls, and guard briefings Prepare duty rosters, attendance, and incident reports Handle site issues, emergencies, and client complaints professionally Coordinate with management, clients, and authorities when required Ensure guards are properly trained, disciplined, and in uniform
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent At least 1-2 years experience in security operations Strong leadership and communication skills Able to travel between sites Possess own transport Ex-security forces or experienced supervisors are encouraged to apply Male Only
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
