-It is a customer service role base in a concierge in an office building
-The Customer Service will act as a point of communication on tenant’s feedback and incoming complain, building issues. -Follow up by filling in the incident report and submit to relevant parties
-Responsible in manning concierge, attend to visitor enquiries /incoming calls and building access card registration.
-Maintain the cleanliness of the concierge area at all time
Weekly and monthly reporting submission as required by team leader
-Administrative duties as and when required
