\xc2\xb7 Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree or full/partial professional qualification in Accounting.

\xc2\xb7 Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL system

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate

\xc2\xb7 Good Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

\xc2\xb7 Able to work under tight datelines and fast paced environment.

\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good analytical skills with strong problem-solving skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in both written and oral English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

\xc2\xb7 Positive working attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in hedging of foreign currency will be added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other dialects

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 To handle full sets of accounts and daily operation works of Account Department.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard.

\xc2\xb7 Handle account receivable, account payable and journal entries.

\xc2\xb7 Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential.

\xc2\xb7 Perform analysis and reporting of management accounts to ensure timely delivery of high quality and accurate financial data.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation and compilation of budgeting, forecasting, financial plans, cost monitoring and cash management.

\xc2\xb7 Review, improve and ensure proper implementation of financial processes, policies and procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the submission of statutory accounts and tax submissions; liaise with banker, auditor and tax agent.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and supervise closely on day-to-day cash flow requirement.

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of monthly payroll.

\xc2\xb7 Scope of work will be revised depending on the management\'s needs/ request.
