Job Description

- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Required language Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- At least 3 to 5 years related working experience, experience from automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy & efficiency
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity in SQL System will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, pro-active & possess \'can do\' positive attitude
- Honest, hardworking, willing to learn & go extra miles
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables, payables, cash & bank transactions
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
- Track bank deposits & receipts
- Follow up customer payment & refund
- Plan & execute daily/weekly/monthly tasks according to timeline set, perform timely month end closing
- Assists in Management reporting
- Participate in financial audits
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
