Senior Accounts Executive (taman Medan Pj)
Job Description
-Responsibility for receivable account, payable account, monthly closing general entries, bank recon, budget and cash forecast, overview on payroll, monthly profit & loss, trial balance, balance sheet & etc. Reports, yearly audit and tax preparation and etc.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies/authorities.
- Ensure the financial statements and records are comply with laws and regulations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time by the Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field
- At least 2-3 years working experience in related field
- Hands-on experience with accounting software SQL
- A meticulous person and has excellent strategic planning skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
