Job Description

To develop great knowledge and sense of hospitality and specialty food knowledge and skills. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner. Ensure that all stocks are well maintained. Ensure that mise en place for food preparation is completed in your section. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers. Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques. Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control. 5 working days per week/ Working location Klang Valley & Kuala Lumpur

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
