Senior Business Analyst
Since 2011, the company has been Asia\'s foremost distributor of medical devices and equipment. Dominating the market, they offer an extensive range of 28 product categories, including biomedical, cardiovascular, dental, aesthetic, and more.RESPONSIBILITIES

• This role will help the business solve its application and system issues, perform troubleshooting systems, respond to assistance requests, and handle technical issues.
• Manage IT projects, including providing related quotations.
• Document business requirements, model business processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements in agile environments.
• Collaborate with the software development team throughout projects.
• Prepare URS, UAT, user manuals, test scripts, and test cases for users.
• Conduct internal software testing to ensure software capabilities before UAT.
• Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology services to users.
• Liaise with the IT Manager to establish the computer systems budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate with external hardware/infrastructure vendors for services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating system issues.
• Stay informed about the latest hardware and software technologies.
• Conduct orientation and technology training for new users.
• Provide individual training and support upon request.
• Provide recommendations to end users about accessing information and support, adhering to policy guidelines.
• Maintain a current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with IT and security policies.
• Building and maintaining IT systems and equipment.
• Provide advice on IT solutions and upgrades.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.

• Candidate must at least possess a Diploma or Degree in IT and related disciplines.
• At least 4-6 years experience in the IT industry/ Business Analyst.
