Company BackgroundWe are representing our client a distribution and sales operations company for bicycles, parts and accessories based in Puchong to fulfill a role as Senior Business Development ManagerJob Responsibilities:

• Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the business / marketing plans run smoothly
• Execute different business strategies to support company growth and business expansion
• Facilitate the sales and marketing operations to ensure successful coordination of sales & marketing activities
• Continually promote and build branding reputation in the marketplace as well as ensure brand visibility activities are properly executed in line with the brand plan
• Monitor sales & marketing plans are implemented and well aligned to the countries Sales & Marketing strategies
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of the countries sales and profitability
• Monitor regional distribution networks and assist in setting up sales network
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors
• Any other task or project as assigned by the Top Management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Min 5 years managerial level working experience in similar capacity or in Product Managements or Project Sales with a proven track record of driving business results
• Strong personal sales track record
• Proven experience in developing and managing teams
• Knowledge of retail industry (sports products such as bicycle)
• Good knowledge of general business management and financial management
• Possess an avid interest in sport and keen to participate in events (cycling)
• Willing to travel extensively within Malaysia

Job Details:

• Permanent employment
• Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in office and 2 days WFH)
• Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 8:00am - 5:30pm
