Responsibilities:

Principally responsible for overall administration of Marketing Department & Sales Administration Department. Maintain relationship with customer, ensure delivery on times, monitor new project development progress, maintain department KPI target and handle commercial issues. Lead and coach teams to collect customer monthly production forecast, attend customer inquiry, explore and facilitate product presentation, identify exhibition, coordinate and prepare exhibition, coordinate for quotation submission, liaise with customer delivery and price matters. Troubleshooting for commercial issue. To manage staff, processes and systems to ensure delivery targets are met. To lead and coach a team of executive to attend customer enquiry. To manage teams of staff through the use of team leaders and deal with personnel issues such as the training and discipline of staff.

\xc2\xb7 It is BDM Dept. responsibility to identify prospects that will lead to the sale thru learning the client needs, building awareness and relationships with all potential clients.

\xc2\xb7 Beside this, BDM Dept. is required to prepare the Annual Marketing Plan, Sales Budget / Forecast, analyst the monthly sales result against the budget, participating in exhibition and other marketing related activities.

\xc2\xb7 Overall, BDM Dept. is accountable for project acquisition, selling and promoting company services or products.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and coordinate project development.

\xc2\xb7 Organize, facilitate and conduct marketing and new products presentation to customer.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare exhibition proposal and budget. Facilitate exhibition to promote company and products.

\xc2\xb7 Attend vendor briefing, prepare report and distribute information to other related departments.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct yearly customer satisfaction survey & Coordinate and resolve customer inquiry.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct market survey and prepare Marketing & Business Plan. Collect data, conduct survey and assist company to identify new products & customers.

\xc2\xb7 To liaise with customers for delivery, project development and commercial issues. Review existing or new contract agreement.

\xc2\xb7 To coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where utilized.

\xc2\xb7 To train the staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress. Supervision of staff personnel disciplinary conduct.

\xc2\xb7 To motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.

\xc2\xb7 To ensure all department process meeting IATF 16949:2016 requirement and achieve KPI target.

\xc2\xb7 Any tasks assigned by GMD

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma/degree in any programme.

\xc2\xb7 At least 15 years of business development experiences.

\xc2\xb7 International exposure is added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Prefer from automotive industry.
