Senior Buyer Indirect Services (kulim)

Job Description
- This role is responsible to support indirect procurement activities for the manufacturing plants, eg. warehouse, professional, construction and etc)
- This role requires to be good in stakeholders management.
- Manage Indirect PO Approval.
- Manage Indirect Procurement Sourcing
- Manage new vendor approval
- Conduct market research
- Sourcing initiatives and bidding activities
- Engage in direct negotiation with suppliers and maintain a good relationship
- Support global/regional sourcing initiatives
- Strategic sourcing for project spend
- contract review support
- Develop and provide training on standarss, guidelines, and policy compliance requirements at global and regional levels.
- Cost savings
- Continuous improvement
- Bachelor Degree in any related studies.
- 4-5 years working experience in similar background.
- Experience in negotiation, contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication (English & Mandarin) and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in Kulim, Kedah.
