Assist the Captain or Manager in supervising Service and Kitchen Crew.
Ensure smooth daily operations and proper coordination between front and back of house.
Maintain high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
Handle customer requests, complaints, or special situations professionally.
Train, guide, and motivate junior staff to perform efficiently.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to supervisors.
Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed accurately.
Support stock control, inventory checks, and proper food handling.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Perform service or kitchen duties when required during peak hours.
