Job Description

Position: Development Manager Type: Permanent Location: Kuching, Sarawak Salary: (negotiable based on current salary and experience) Role purpose: Scheduling and delegating tasks required to successfully complete the company\'s initiatives. A development manager will work with other department heads to establish project milestones and work to complete projects effectively and within the budget. Education/Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related field
• Advanced degrees in business management or a related field (preferable).

Knowledge & Experience

• 3-5 years of applicable business development / sales experience preferably in manufacturing industry
• Ability to communicate development vision to internal and external stakeholders to guide strategies and decisions
• Able to independently navigate and negotiate commercial deals with third parties and manage risks appropriately
• Structured, methodical, and organized in project delivery approach.
• 8-10 years working experience in relevant field preferable in sector construction and property.

Key accountability

• Produce accurate forecasts based on robust evidence-based assessment of risk and opportunity
• Develops appropriate milestones, project budget controls and monitor\xe2\x80\x99s progress.
• identify additional expertise required (teams and consultants) by breaking down development activities.
• Plan, estimate, forecast and control revenue and costs.
• Prepare and review assumptions to meet financial expectations and metrics.
