Provide strategic counsel in content planning, development, and overall strategies for different projects including social media management, integrated digital campaigns, and other key initiatives. Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed. Strategy and Analytics Utilise data and insights to develop integrated content and digital strategies, creating specifications and content appropriate for brands and end users. Analyse content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs. Perform extensive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all consumer personas. Strategise content pillars, propositions and overall editorial strategy suitable across different digital platforms. Conduct periodic content audits to ensure content strategy meets business objectives. Devise and implement methods and systems to effectively measure, manage, and optimise content performance and ROI. , Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar roles in content strategy. Must possess a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, International Relations, or any other related field. At least 4-5 year(s) of experience in related fields. Agency background is an advantage. Strong digital-first mindset in content strategy and writing, with sound knowledge of using social media for business. Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, keyword research tools, search engine optimisation (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM). Basic understanding of HTML and web publishing is preferred, knowledge in data and performance marketing will be of added value. Impeccable command of English for writing and publishing. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be a huge plus. Excellent analytical skills and strong content presentation skills. Ability to guide and motivate team members, with demonstrated track record of managing a team in achieving its goals.
