We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive the Segment sales and application functions in the Asia Pacific Region for the Climate Solutions Segment for our refrigeration and air conditioning controls, heat exchangers, compressors, district energy and buildings, residential heating, sensors, high pressure pumps, and others. The region comprises of countries in Southeast Asia (SEA), Northeast Asia and Pacific. The function acts as an interface between Regional Sales and the Global Segment (Sales) teams to ensure the segment strategy is implemented and driving profitable growth in the region.
With strong customer-centric mindset, trust-building and interpersonal skills, the incumbent will represent Danfoss and segment in Asia Pacific. The incumbent is a strong communicator in a multi-cultural environment, that builds strong relationship with our customers and local teams, keeping internal and external stakeholders and the teams throughout the region and beyond, engaged and aligned on the strategic direction of the company. In addition to growing the business and segment market share, the incumbent is expected to build a strong regional segment agenda as well as best-in-class technical expertise necessary for future growth.
