Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing

In this position you will establish and drive sourcing of material and services in alignment and execute procurement Annual Operating Plans and strategic sourcing strategies. You will have global responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to maximize supply resilience, competitive total cost, supplier relationship and performance management, working capital improvement, and spend under contract. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, export and import regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Accountability for delivery of annual savings targets

\xc2\xb7 Deliver business results including productivity, working capital improvement, supplier performance, and continuity of supply

\xc2\xb7 Grow spend coverage under contract to maximize and maintain updated component contract costs in the planning system

\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute annual operating plan & strategic sourcing plans for each electronics subcategory in collaboration with COE category sourcing teams

\xc2\xb7 Ensure alignment to business leaders through regular operating meetings and aligned MOS

\xc2\xb7 Build a strong, talented team and effective, efficient org structure aligned to both COE sourcing roles/responsibilities and the business structure.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships, world class cost and quality performance, and service levels to support business requirements

\xc2\xb7 Drive strong internal cross functional relationships across Honeywell to advance strategy and results

\xc2\xb7 Build strong technical solutions including new technology

\xc2\xb7 Ensure global policy compliance and specific compliance requirements, including ITAR and import/export

\xc2\xb7 Align with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance and Quality and Other Honeywell functions within the business group

\xc2\xb7 Communicate key procurement metrics for various monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and meetings

You Must Have

\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience (5-10 years) in sourcing and procurement.

\xc2\xb7 5+ years senior leadership experience in Commodity Management/Sourcing/Procurement with managerial and leadership skills to work across all functions and levels of an organization.

\xc2\xb7 Master\'s degree in a technical or business discipline.

\xc2\xb7 Complex and Large Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience.

\xc2\xb7 Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management.

\xc2\xb7 Global Leadership experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated Business and financial acumen.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management Tools.

\xc2\xb7 Cross functional matrix management experience interfacing with engineering/technology, planning and procurement, operations, legal, sales & marketing
