Job description
In your new role you will:

• He/She is responsible as facilities hook up upw and waste engineer, specialized in UPW and waste water treatment design, operation and sustaining in a highly collaborative environment.
• Ultra Pure water system deesign, build and operate a start-of art ultra-pure water system, including diversified unit operation to produce the ultra-pure water from tap water for the production.
• Waste Water Treatment Systems: Design, build and operate comprehensive and multiple post-treatment systems, including Ion exchange, reverse osmosis, membrane degassing, multimedia filtering, activated carbon absorption, plating technology, biological treatment and so on. The purpose is to comply with the code requirement and maximize reclamation from production.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Wastewater Treatment Technology or other related technical fields. A PhD and Master degree is preferred.
• An understanding of advanced chemical engineering kinetics, chemical reaction, fluid dynamics design, heat transfer, and thermal management is key to this role.
• Employee may be required to work outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
• Shift work and emergency overtime are required.
• Familiarity with chemical analysis is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment..
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience with UPW and Wastewater treatment systems operations in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Wastewater Treatment Certification Competent from the DOE is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft, and Project software
