Job description: Your Contribution Define key suppliers quality monitoring mechanism, which generate meaningful metrics providing indication of incoming quality. Setup key suppliers KPI monitoring; define periodic reviews, metric and performance indices. Maintain key suppliers\' quality performances database (incl. KPI performance, IQC summary, audit results, quality issues related information, etc.) for internal monitoring, measurement, analysis, evaluation purposes. Define key suppliers audit scope and criteria; coordinate the audit activity. Performs regular system and process audits to ensure key suppliers continue to work in compliance with quality standard requirements. Support Development and Engineering qualification activity, by coordinate system qualification on new external provider. Have the understanding of the audit process including types of audits, planning, preparation, execution, reporting actions verification, and follow-up. Ensure key suppliers\' committed corrective actions and preventive actions are documented as per QMS requirements. Your Profile Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Science or Quality. Preferably ASQ CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt, Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing field. Proven ability in handling customer complaint or complaint to supplier. Knowledge in Microsoft Excel-Basic level and Minitab; apply and cultivate the use statistical approach data analysis for decision making. Practical knowledge of quality assurance methods (Gage R&R, MSA, SPC, FMEA etc.) Basic knowledge in Metrology. Drive root cause analysis activities and strong communication skills with stakeholders.
