Your Role on the Track

Chart the Route (Campaign Planning) Map out creative campaigns and strategies that bring client visions to life. Drive timelines, budgets, and measurable impact. Keep the Wheels Turning (Event Planning & Execution) Manage events end-to-end, from ideas to ground execution. Oversee logistics, vendors, and smooth on-site flow. Be the Conductor (Client Servicing) Lead communication with clients, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stop. Build strong, lasting relationships along the journey. Fuel the Engine (Business Development) Support in crafting proposals, pitches, and presentations. Contribute to new opportunities and partnerships. Collaborate with the Crew (Teamwork) Work closely with creative, production, and digital teammates. Ensure every journey is seamless from start to finish.
What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience in events, account management, or campaign planning. A natural communicator and problem-solver. Creative, detail-oriented, and always ready for the next challenge. Comfortable multitasking in fast-moving environments. Passionate about events, storytelling, and brand experiences.
