Perform all secretarial functions for Director including but not limited to attending to calls, schedule appointments/meetings, arranging business trips, expense claims, attending to visitors and any other secretarial duties as required
Responsible for update/information to MD\'s & CFO\'s Secretary Office
Provide secretarial functions for other staff in the Department when required
Responsible for Department 5S including meeting room & pantry cleanliness, stationery & pantry consumables and office equipment\'s maintenance
Responsible for sending/collecting documents for signatory and courier
Responsible for PR processing for Procurement, stationery & coffeecorner replenishment
Responsible for planning and organizing departmental activities
Any other tasks as may be assigned by Head of Department or Manager/supervisor
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Degree in any field of study.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written skills.
In-depth knowledge of MS Office application softwaresie ie. Words,Excel, Power Point etc
Excellent human relation skills
Organization skills (ie. small/occassional activities at department/teamlevel)
Able to handle pressure in meeting deadlines with ease & deal with related authorities in professional manner
