Role Purpose (Summary)
To support and complement marketing plans and development efforts by way of conveying relevant and useful messages to the rightful target.
Building, raising and promoting the profile of Malaysia Airports, KLIA and other international airports.
Accountabilities
Assist in coordinating above-the-line activities such as strategic advertising that need to be undertaken to raise the bar of airports presence and awareness in existing and new markets.
Coordinate below- the-line activities such as production of collaterals, brochures, premium/gifts to support the marketing activities.
Organise participation at identified aviation exhibitions and conferences and hosting of international aviation events such as Routes to promote KLIA as well as other airports managed by MAHB.
Assist in coordinating airline events such as inaugural flights, airlines resumptions or airlines branding events
Coordinate and manage the production of \'Airlink\' in KL lifestyle magazine, which highlights all the marketing activities conducted with the airlines and which also serves as the mouthpiece of Malaysia Airports.
Manage the content for internal newsletter \'Airwaves\' and news flash on airline news for internal communication.
Manage the content for Flight Bytes, e-newsletter on aviation and tourism news to be distributed to airline network planners.
Responsible for coordinating the procurement process for all purchases and services required in the Marketing Communications unit.
All other tasks given by the superior from time to time.

To deal with organisers of events locally or internationally as to maintain smooth operations before and during the event.
To prepare and gather information and visuals for the monthly publication Airlink in KL Lifestyle.
To be aware and alert on all information that will be published (print and digital).
