Job responsibilities: Strategize and execute plans to recruit top young talents by partnering both public and private education institutions and engaging students. Campus Partnering Build strategies and execute plans for campus recruiting and internship programmes. The primary point of contact for educational institutions, student groups and associations, as well as internal stakeholders. Lead the planning and execution of all forms of engagement (physical and virtual) which includes on-campus, off-campus and in-office events. Work with stakeholders to define number of interns and graduates required in the financial year and identify which colleges/universities source the best candidates based on stakeholder\'s requirement and need. Prepare presentations and any other form of marketing materials to introduce and promote the Company\'s brand and job opportunities. Define opportunities to improve campus recruiting by staying up to date on trends and influencing organizational changes that can positively impact outcome. Manage all stages of student experience and develop sustainable candidate lead strategy. Employer Branding Ensure brand on-campus and in the marketplace remains competitive, as well as continuing to serve as a \'brand ambassador\' both internally and externally. Attend and facilitate hiring events, virtual recruiting events and employer information sessions. Build and maintain relationships with talent communities through a variety of channels such as texting, email, social recruiting and more. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent. Knowledge in Marketing or Communications or Human Resources. Strong presentation skills to internal and external parties.
