OVERVIEW:The incumbent is to focus on strategies and execution of plans to market Hartalega\'s employer brand to enable the hiring of top young talents in the campus. The role involves strategizing marketing of employer brand and partnership with academic institutions and students.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build the strategy and execute plans for campus recruiting and internship programme - Dynamic Growth
Internship Programme (DRIP). * Being the primary point of contact for academic institutions, student groups, clubs, associations, internalstakeholders etc. * Lead the planning and execution of all forms of engagement (physical and virtual) which includes on-campus,off-campus and in-office events. * Work with best practices to hire interns and fresh graduates.
  • Pitch, promote, and market Hartalega\'s Employer Brand in campus.
  • Utilise and maintain accurate data in candidate management tools.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions on hiring projects, employer branding initiatives, or knowledge transfer.
  • Take action whenever necessary to improve strategy effectiveness/ outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in campus partnering or internship hiring.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to travel.
