DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

JOB DESCRIPTION * Liaise with the campus, institution, institute, government and non-government sector for the talent acquisition\'s collaboration

• Manage the HRD Corp and make use of the fund for the best of the company\'s training & development objective.
• Formulate a sound training policy and procedure, technical skill matrix and competency development requirement of each position and grade.
• Prepares Payroll reports for HQ review.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Keep abreast with all updates to the Employment Act, Trade Union Act, Industrial Relations Act, minimum Wage Orders & etc to ensure compliance.
• Provide advice and guidance to Superior/ HOD on matters relating to HR policies and procedures.
• Support in handling HR projects or other HR functions and activities when required.
• Handle staff probationary, extension of probation and confirmation.
• Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
• Other duties and responsibilities which maybe assigned by the company from time to time.
