Manages daily logistics operations with 3PL partners, ensuring warehouse and transportation efficiency, compliance, and high-quality problem-solving. Develops and implements procedures to enhance operational efficiency, security, safety, and cost-effectiveness within the distribution center (DC). Coordinates with Shared Service teams to ensure best-in-class order fulfillment for both B2B and B2C channels. Manages monthly order scheduling, reviews order compliance, and publishes customer service reports with root cause analysis. Works closely with Hub DC, Brand, Commercial, Planning, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to synchronize supply chain activities and improve customer satisfaction. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in Customer Supply Chain Planning or related functions (e.g., Distribution, Logistics, Inventory Procurement). Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, o9 Solutions, and reporting tools like PowerBI, QlikView, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and solve problems using multiple data sources. Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, with a disciplined approach to detail, follow-through, and working under pressure.
